Gift Voucher Terms

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of your appointment.

Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They may be used towards any available treatment. If the treatment value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance can be paid on the day. If the treatment is of a lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as credit.

Appointments booked using a gift voucher are subject to our cancellation policy. Lost, stolen, or expired vouchers cannot be replaced or extended.

Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by another person.
